Training Events: PPD & Pre-App

2017 ANA WORKSHOP SERIES

Project Planning & Development

Come with an idea, leave with a project plan.
A three-day skills workshop for your project team.

Whether or not you plan on applying for an ANA grant, our three-day Project Planning and Development (PPD) training is a great way to get your project development team on the same page. Come with a project idea; by the end of the three day training, you’ll leave with a logical plan for a project that works. Project planning and development trainings are designed to provide your team with the skills they need to plan successful community development projects.

Participants learn how to:

  • Work with community and key partners to identify and document specific problems that stand in the way of meeting community goals
  • Create a project work plan to address those problems and attain community goals
  • Develop measurable outcomes and impacts to the community
  • Determine the level of resources and funding needed to implement the project
